Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Services
Emma Wilmott Digital provides services including but not limited to:

Content creation
Photography
Website design and updates
Branding and creative support
All services are discussed and agreed before work begins.
2. Bookings & Payments
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice.
A deposit may be required for certain projects or photography bookings. Work may not begin until payment or deposit has been received.
Late payments may result in delays to ongoing work or suspension of services.
3. Photography & Content Usage
Emma Wilmott Digital retains the right to use photography and content created for portfolio, website and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.
Clients may use supplied images and content for their own business marketing and social media purposes.
Raw, unedited image files are not normally supplied unless agreed in advance.
4. Website Services
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate text, images and information for website projects.
Emma Wilmott Digital is not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, software updates or platform outages.
Website completion times may vary depending on communication and content supplied by the client.
5. Social Media Services
While every effort is made to improve visibility and engagement, Emma Wilmott Digital cannot guarantee specific growth, sales or results from social media services.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving content where required.
6. Cancellations
Photography sessions or booked work cancelled with little notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Emma Wilmott Digital reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to illness, emergencies or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, content and images created by Emma Wilmott Digital remain the intellectual property of Emma Wilmott Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through contact forms or email communication will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without permission unless legally required.
9. Changes to Terms
