Creating Content for Apex Recovery Room

Recently I had the chance to photograph some content for Apex Recovery Room during a real client treatment session.

The aim was to capture the atmosphere of the recovery room and create natural, professional content that genuinely reflects the experience clients receive during appointments.

During the session, I photographed a mixture of sports massage, cupping therapy, assisted stretching, hands-on treatment work, red light therapy, and some of the recovery equipment used throughout treatments. I always enjoy capturing the smaller details too - the movement, lighting, treatment setups, and behind-the-scenes moments that help give businesses personality online.

Using a real session helped the content feel much more authentic and relaxed, rather than overly posed. I think that kind of content helps people connect with a business more naturally through social media and websites.
